Our client is a premier logistics company. They are now seeking a high caliber to join their Operation Support Team as an Operation/CS Executive:

Responsibilities:

• Answer customers' enquiries through email and phone  
• Resolve complaints in professional manner
• Coordinator with global branches to prepare shipping documents
• Liaise with internal counterparts and external parties such as airlines, customs clearance agents and government authorities to facilitate the shipping progess
  
  Requirements:
• Perform shifts (overnight + weekends)
• Diploma or above
• At least 3 years of ground/crew/airport operation/freight forwarding experiences 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in PC skills
• Energetic, willing to learn, self-motivated and strong sales mind-set
