Key Objective
We are looking for a seasoned Group Human Resources Assistant Manager/Sr. Officer to assist our Group HR director to drive the Group Human Resource team in our global manufacturing organization for Talent Development and Performance Management, and partner with our business units’ leaders and HR teams to develop and maintain comprehensive training and development programs that support the organization’s strategic goals and workforce plans.
Ultimately, you’ll ensure our people are engaged, performing, developing, and meeting the business strategic needs and our organization.
Responsibilities
- Work in collaboration with the Group HR Director to set the Talent Management strategy and translate this into actionable plans.
- Design and facilitate the activities (like Culture, Succession Planning, Leadership Programs, Objective Setting, Performance Coaching and Management) aimed at developing current and future capabilities needed for our business to succeed.
- Oversee the talent management programs, ensuring logistics are managed smoothly and effectively.
- Collaborate with centers/BU HR Partners, Department Managers, and employees on follow through of professional and personal development plans.
- To prepare various analysis and reports for management review.
- To provide support on HR issues related to employment law, discipline and grievance procedures and on any ad hoc HR projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related disciplines.
- 8 -10 years of HR experience, preferably focusing on talent management, worked in reputable multinational organizations with structured talent development, hi-po, succession planning and leadership programs, well-versed with Hong Kong and China labor laws.
- Ability to leverage key performance indicators to drive organizational success.
- Good business acumen with strong sense in data management and figures, high attention to details, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A good team player with excellence interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
