Responsibilities:

• Clerical duties; Filing and data entry
• Familiar with Shopify is a plus
• Daily monitoring of customer feedback across social network-Resolve matter / follow up with customer enquiry
• Develop and maintain good relationship with clients
• Work closely with the Senior Marketing to planning & execution of marketing campaigns
• Research new product
• Assist to plan and execute both online and offline marketing campaigns and events
• Willing to work outdoor (e.g. Booth set up, replenishment etc.)
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• HKCEE/DSE or above, with at least 2-year experiences
• Good command in both spoken and written Cantonese , English and Mandarin
• Hands-on PC knowledge, Chinese typing skill is necessary
• Familiar with MS Office and marketing software e.g. Photoshop/Illustrator
• Interesting join into marketing industry is a plus
• Immediately available is preferred
