Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform daily HR operations, such as monthly payroll calculation, leave management, employee transfer and off-boarding formalities, work injuries application, tax filing, pension administration etc.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HR system
- Perform end-to-end payroll processing for frontline employees, and responsible for staff cost analysis report
- Communicate with both internal and external parties for daily business coordination
- Ensure compliance with employment-related ordinances and alignment with Hong Kong practices
- Prepare regular HR-related statistics and reports for management review
- Handle ad hoc tasks as required
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or other related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years or above relevant experience with payroll calculation, experiences in retail industry would be an advantage
- Detailed-minded, well-organized, proactive and able to work under pressure
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Good command in written and spoken English & Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Candidate with less experiences will be considered as HR Assistant
