We are currently seeking a passionate and forward-thinking Finance Manager. This is an exciting and key role in the global organization. This role will be responsible for the financial planning and supports the Head by offering insights and financial advice that will allow them to make the best business decisions for the company. 

Specific duties include:
Oversee the entire financial accounting function and ensure an accurate and timely financial reporting to Parent Company;

• Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of audit schedules, account reconciliation and tax schedules for audit preparation and compliance with tax and regulatory authorities;
• Assist to coordinate internal control system and monitor execution of internal control process;
• Provide a detailed approach to financial reporting and analysis to Management for decision making;
• Provide financial insights and advice to Management;
• Manage the preparation of the company’s annual budget; and
• Perform ad hoc assignments from time to time.

 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/ Finance or relevant disciplines with professional qualification;
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience gained from MNC with at least 2 years in a managerial grade;
• Well-versed in HKFRS/IFRS is a must;
• Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving skill and ability to work under pressure;
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and Power Point, including Pivot Table, V-lookup etc;
• Experience in working with ACCPAC (Sage 300);
• A good team player, highly analytical, independent and self-driven;
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin (both oral and written); 
• Willing to work in a small team with fast pace;
• Proactive, dynamic and able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
