• Responsible for the general property management duties, handling complaints, liaison with owners and tenants, supervision of staff and contractors, arrange and attend regular meeting with IO/OC and any other job duties as assigned by the Property Manager
• Diploma or above in Property Management or related disciplines
• At least 5 years’ relevant working experience with 2 years in supervisory level
• Less than 5 years' relevant working experience will be considered as Property Officer
• Well versed in BMO and DMC
• PMP licence (Tier 1 / Tier 2) is must
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Customer-orientated, good leadership and communication skills
• Immediate available is preferable
• Working location : Hong Kong South District
