Responsibilities

• Team management for HK Sales and Indoor Sales teams;
• Maintain and expand business in HK and PRD areas and expand existing or current customer base by recognizing and involving top cargo agents within the areas;
• Monitor and control budget to ensure compliance with set targets and develops sales network and price structure to attain targets and increase revenues;
• Analyze market conditions to pinpoint new breaks or prospects and possible threats;
• Create awareness of all the products and services in the areas to magnify market influence and generate future sales.

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree or above;
• 8 years’ experience in management level in aviation industry;
• Good command of spoken and written English;  
• Proficiency in Chinese will be an advantage;
• Proven record in effective management and in effectuation of excellent air freight industry;
• Strong customer focus and demonstrated ability to meet business requirements at strategic and operational levels;
• Strong ability to effectively manage relationships by facilitating and influencing decision making at senior executive levels;
• Strong coordination, communication and time management skills are essential;
• Strong ability to drive changes in large and complex organizations to effect substantial efficiency and effectiveness;
• Excellent organizational, communication, team building, and time management skills;
• Good in computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Power point, Chinese Word Processing .
