Job Description
Job Responsibilities
1. AGENCY EXPANSION
- Understand agency and strengthen agency leaders’ recruitment & agency development skills
- Supervise and ensure implementation of effective recruitment initiatives including but not limit to campus recruitment program, recruitment seminars/ workshops, recruitment tools, incentives, recognitions as well as all agency expansion programs
- Explore effective ways to strengthen agency leaders’ capabilities
- Encourage advisors and leaders’ promotion to increase numbers of recruiters
- Drive quality agency recruitment culture by recruiting high potential new recruits and strengthen MDRT culture for a sustainable business environment
- Promote recruitment branding via digital way and media channel
- Regular review the effectiveness of promotion channel and recruitment tools in different format
2. AGENCY TRANSFORMATION
- Collect up-to-date market information and generate new ideas to enhance competitiveness in the market and provide timely support to develop outstanding business performance
- Explore and develop appropriate and competitive recruitment programs for various segments proactively
- Provide market information to agency so as to enhance agency members’ competitiveness in the market
- Promote company initiatives to agency through agency visits, agency meetings and all forms of interactive communication
3. PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Plan and oversee agency recruitment projects and initiatives in timely and professional manner
- Communicate with all stakeholders to deliver company business results
- Build up an open and constructive communication bridge to all key stakeholders from agency, team members across different departments, as well as vendors by demonstration, communication and coaching
- Monitor and review efficiency and effectiveness of projects in order to improve continuously
- Comply with branding, legal & compliance requirement in driving recruitment projects and educate agency members the importance of compliance in recruitment and developing business
4. OTHER AGENCY INITIATIVES
- Develop constructive ways to deliver all agency expansion related initiatives and projects
Job Requirements
- Degree holder, preferably FLMI holder
- Over 10 years relevant experience in agency recruitment and development
- Strong interpersonal, influencing and presentation skills
- Good team player with creative mindset
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
- Strong business sense and willing to accept challenges
- Self-motivated and work under high pressure
