Responsibilities

• Work 5.5 days (alternate Saturday) in our Yuen Long Plant
• Provide helpdesk support and technical services
• Manage and support all IT systems, infrastructure, PC software and hardware,  installation and troubleshoot
• Perform daily Server / LAN operation and maintenance job
• Perform IT tasks such as network and server administration and support, system checking, backup, troubleshooting
• Responsible for IT asset management and timely update IT asset records
• Daily health check (server, network, website, telephone system, access control system, CCTV system and etc.)
• Handle Telephone and Broadband Line renew or relocation

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Computer Studies, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
• 1 - 2 years working experience in IT technical support and troubleshooting
• Experience in Comms and Network infrastructure preferred
• Competent in Microsoft Office, Windows 11, 10, 8, 7, XP, Vista and Outlook is a MUST
• Experience in network security such Firewall setting, VPN, Anti-Virus and Anti-Spamming, etc.
• Hands on experience in Active Directory
• Self motivated and able to work independently and able to work under pressure
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with end users
