Responsibilities:
- Prepare the service schedule of pest control
- Working closely with the Operation and Sales team on handling daily pest control service orders
- Provide good customer service to clients and follow up services action
- Monitor services status and ensure operational efficiency
- Order processing, follow up logistics and warehouse to ensure timely delivery
- Organize and monitor data of correspondence and records by using the internal system
- System data Input/update into systems
- Generate & prepare service reports
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Less experience candidate can be considered as Senior Planning Executive
Requirements:
- F.6 or above with 5 year working experience, experience in scheduling/booking in service industry is an advantage
- Proficient in PC operation, e.g. MS Office, MS Windows and Chinese typing
- Problem solving skills needed
- Ability to multi task with accuracy and efficiency
- Good team player who is willing to learn
- Fast learner with strong attention to details
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and diagnostic skills
- Good communication & analytical skill
- Patient and detail mind
- Self-motivated with positive working attitude and willing to learn
- Ability to work independently without much supervision
- Good time management
- Ability to work under pressure
- Immediate available is preferred
