工作職責:

• 為客戶提供全面的財富管理咨詢服務，提供專業的投資建議,協助客戶實現財務目標
• 協助客戶進行資產管理，根據市場動態和客戶需求,調整投資組合
• 提供全方位的金融服務，協助客戶進行稅務及遺產規劃，提供金融教育培訓,提升客戶的金融意識
• 維護良好的客戶關係
• 為成功申請資本投資者入境計劃(CIES)之客戶提供後續支持，包括常年諮詢服務、全流程追蹤、提供資產配置、金融帳戶分佈的優化建議

Job Description:

• Provide comprehensive wealth management consulting services to clients, offer professional investment advice, and assist clients in achieving their financial goals.
• Assist clients with asset management, adjust investment portfolios based on market dynamics and client needs.
• Provide all-around financial services, including tax and estate planning, financial education training, and enhance clients' financial awareness.
•  Maintain good client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
• For clients who successfully apply for the Capital Investment Entrant Scheme (CIES), provide ongoing advisory services, full-process tracking, and optimization suggestions for asset allocation and financial accounts distribution.

任職資格

• 誠信正直、低調謙遜、努力奮鬥，具備良好的道德特質
• 本科及以上學歷，金融相關專業，MBA優先
• 對金融業及財富管理業務有強烈的興趣
• 具備銀行、證券公司、保險公司等相關金融領域工作經驗，有家族、高淨值個人客戶開發、服務工作經驗者優先
• 對跨國金融市場各類工具有基本認識與了解，並具備強大的學習能力
• 以客戶為中心，對銷售及金融業充滿熱忱，積極、自信、出色的溝通及溝通能力
• 善於團隊合作，有良好的溝通能力及團隊合作意識
• 對所在地區的社會經濟狀況有深入了解者優先

Qualifications:

• Possess integrity, humility, and a strong work ethic; good moral character.
•  Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in finance or MBA.
• Strong interest in the finance industry and wealth management business.
•  Relevant work experience in the banking, securities, or insurance sectors, with preference for those with experience in serving family offices and high-net-worth individuals.
• Basic understanding and knowledge of various financial instruments in the global market, and possess strong learning ability.
• Client-centric, passionate about sales and finance, proactive, confident, and excellent communication skills.
• Good teamwork skills and strong communication abilities.
• Preference for candidates with in-depth understanding of the local socioeconomic conditions.
