Excellent Career Opportunity for a commercial minded Assistant Operations Manager of a HKEX main board listed company with global presence. Reporting to the Board of Directors, you will play a key role in the following areas:

Job Description

• Oversee and monitor day-to-day operations in Canada and China. 
• Knowledge and experience in hotel management or property management preferred.
• Review frontline business and activity reports and provide insightful analysis to C-suite executives on the performance of all locations. 
• Create and maintain productivity reports on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
• Review policies, procedures, and record-keeping practices periodically.
• Standardize procedures and develop practical operation manuals and guidelines.
• Manage operations to meet department and company objectives, including incident management, system initiatives, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Conduct periodic review of related policies and procedures and record keeping.

Requirements

• University graduate with a degree preferably in business administration, statistics, hospitality, property management or related discipline.
• Prefer 2 years’ related working experience. Fresh graduates are also welcome. 
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Mature, self-motivated, detail-minded and able to work independently.
• Excellent written and spoken English, Chinese (including Putonghua).
• Hands on experience in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Operations Manager.
• Immediate available is highly preferable.
