Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily accounting duties including cheque issuance, vouchers preparation
- Handle reimbursement of staff claims
- Checking Purchases payment invoices and documents
- Assists in inter-companies account reconciliations
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing accounting statement
- Liaise with other departments for daily operations
- Manage and maintain the filing system to ensure the accuracy of database
- Handle ad-hoc assignments as from time to time assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or LCC Higher qualification in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
- 2-3 years' accounting or relevant working experience
- Fresh Graduate will also be considered
- Good command of spoken and written English Cantonese and Mandarin
- Responsible, self-motivated, proactive with good interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics O365 is a plus
- Immediately available is preferred
- Experience in relevant industry is a plus
