Responsibilities:

-        Undertake research in the areas of artificial intelligence (AI), posture detection using inertial measurement unit (IMU), signal processing.

-        Carry out R&D for smart glasses applications.

-        Using Python or Matlab to perform posture detection simulation based on AI and signal processing algorithms. 

-        Implement and test the algorithms in real-time platform.    

-        Functional and system integration testing and verification.

-        Documentation writing such as new algorithm design, software design specification and software test specification, patent and technical papers etc.

Qualifications and Requirements:

-        MSc / BSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electronics Engineering or equivalent qualification.

-        Minimum 1 year working experience in R&D.  Fresh graduate candidate from university may also be considered.

-        Experience in Matlab or Python for algorithm development is an advantage.

-        Having the following knowledge and experiences are advantages:

• AI, posture detection, signal processing, speech processing
• Proficient in C/C++ or Python programming. 

-        Understand software development processes is a plus.

-        Hard-working, self-disciplined and committed to the project.
