Recruitment Day (Walk-in)

Date: 9, 10, 16, 17, 23, 24, 30 & 31 July

Time: 10:00am – 5:00pm 

Location: Room 308, 3/F, MacPherson Place, 38 Nelson Street, Mong Kok (MTR Mong Kok Station Exit E2/ Mong Kok East Station Exit B)

Scope of Work: 

Deliver dynamic, exceptional dining experiences to our guests in the latest digitally integrated dining and entertainment venue on the island.

Job Duties:

• Warmly greet customers upon arrival and departure with a genuine smile and eye contact.
• Deliver attentive and professional food and beverage services 
• Take responsibility for overall cleanliness and tidiness of the venue
• Explain the menu and offer recommendations to customers
• Assist captain to ensure a smooth and efficient service in the assigned section of the venue

Requirement: 

• Thrive in an energetic, dynamic work environment
• Possess a strong command of English.  Fluency in Cantonese is a plus
• Able to work on Wednesdays from 3:30pm to midnight, or 6pm to midnight in Happy Valley
• Exhibit a cheerful, self-motivated attitude with a passion on exceptional customer experience
• A team player, problem solver with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
