Our client, a Japanese trading company is looking for a Japanese Speaking Accounting Manager to join their company:

◆Job duties

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
• Supervise the subordinates
• Coordinate and complete operational budget, forecast, and mid-term plan and monitor the company's performance
• Issue financial reports periodically and achieve the operational budget
• Strengthen and improve internal control 
• Ensure external financial audit is completed
• Prepare profit tax returns and computation
• Manage cashflow including payment and receipt

◆Job requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline
• At least 8 years of accounting experience in a Japanese company
• Professional accounting qualification e.g. HKICPA or ACCA
• Minimum 5 years of management experience
• Fluent in Japanese(JLPT N2 or above), English and Chinese
• Proficient in Excel and Access
