What you have to do

• Responsible for the full spectrum of project management cycle. Develop the project process plan and negotiate with both internal stakeholders and customers 
• Keep track of the project progress and report to both internal and external stakeholders to ensure project deliverables 
• Conduct regular meetings with functional parties to gather business requirements, thus to provide professional consultation to stakeholders 
• Assist in the integration testing, system testing, UAT and all kinds of implementation activities 
• Supervise and support junior colleagues on project risks measures, and ensure project delivery accordingly to the project milestones

What you need to have

• Bachelor in logistic management, automation, Information Technology, or related disciplines 
• 6+ years of solid experience in project managements 
• Familiar with warehouse management or solution designs in logistics, 3PL, automation, etc. 
• Knowledge in project management methodologies and tools
• Proficient in AutoCAD, WMS or other IT infrastructure is a plus 
• Organized and attention to details, with strong communication and negotiation skills 
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, both Cantonese and Mandarin 
• Overseas business travel is required
