What you’ll do:

• As a bridge between the company and employees, to coordinate working relationships between employees and company, aim to build an open and dynamic working environment with positive workplace culture, improve employee’s satisfaction.
• Support the recruitment and onboarding process, including job posting, resume screening, and new hire orientation.
• Participate in the development and maintenance of employee records and files.
• Assist the HR team with the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct research and prepare reports on HR-related topics, such as industry trends, best practices, and employee engagement.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, filing, and responding to inquiries.
• Participate in HR-related training and professional development opportunities.

• Current student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
