Responsibilities:

• Assist manager to plan, implement and execute all Aftersales marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Assist manager to conduct market research and customer survey
• Prepare Aftersales related reports
• Support the service counter’s operation when necessary
• Handle customer enquiry and complaint
• Other ad-hoc duties and support as and when assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Business Administration or Marketing
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the customer service field
• Good command of English & Chinese with good interpersonal & communication skills
• Proficient in using MS Office, Chinese Word Processing, Excel spreadsheet processing
• Hardworking, self-motivated, responsible, willing to learn and able to work independently
• Able to work under pressure
• Passionate in cars
• Good team player
