We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented General Manager to lead our manufacturing facility in China. Reporting directly to the CEO based in Hong Kong, you will oversee all aspects of our China operations, including manufacturing, quality, engineering, and supply chain. You will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring the production of high-quality aluminum extrusion products for our global clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive operational efficiency, implement changes, and promote best practices;
• Lead supply chain team to optimize the related process, ensuring efficient material flow and cost optimization;
• Lead quality team fostering a culture of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement;
• Fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the engineering team
• Identifying opportunities for process optimisation, efficiency gains, and innovation; 
• Develops annual business plans and budgets to maximize earnings, monitors cost effective control of field operation, with monthly progress reporting; 
• Provide visionary leadership to inspire and align the organization towards achieving strategic objectives;
• Manage relationships with key suppliers, negotiating favorable terms, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and evaluating new sourcing opportunities; 
• Monitor market trends, industry developments and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth, market positioning and cost efficiencies;
• Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies, mitigating any potential risks;
• Setting a clear goal for whole team, support sales efforts and drive operational excellence including forecast with related department.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field 
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in senior-level operations
• Demonstrated track record of driving operational excellence and implementing successful process improvement initiatives
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to think strategically
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
