Responsibilities:

• Support and enhance airport IT systems and infrastructure including Private Automatic Branch Exchange (PABX), Master Antenna Television (MATV), Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) etc. and telecom related commercial services
• Collect and analyze tenants’ and users’ requirements, provide advice and solutions to end users and implement telecom infrastructure solutions with reference to defined architecture and standards
• Implement and coordinate IT facilities and airport construction projects and ensure projects can be delivered on time and within budget
• Review, recommend and develop procedures to enhance operational efficiency and cost effectiveness
• Respond to EUSS PABX service requests in effective and efficient manner

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines, with at least 3 years’ relevant working experience in designing, implementing Avaya Aura CM6/8 and IP/WAN networks
• Experience in project management and coordination, and audio and video systems infrastructure setup and support
• Sound knowledge and experience in PABX, IVRS, VoIP and TCP/IP
• Possession of professional certifications i.e. Avaya Professional / Certified Specialist / CCNP / HCNP is preferred. Holder of PMP certification is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of telecom principals, protocols and technologies
• Able to work independently under pressure with focus on quality and governance
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills
• Mature, self-motivated, customer-oriented with good communication and project management skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.  Fluency in Putonghua is preferred
