Responsibilities:

• Leading a team to provide pre/post sales technical support.
• Design the wireless networks and manage on-site / events related network issues.
• Oversee the project status and progress managing.
• Perform system administration and server maintenance at customer's data centers.
• Provide products and services evaluation, vendor management, UAT support and troubleshooting.
• Enhance and develop comprehensive technical support services to corporate clients.    

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years' professional experience in ICT / IoT / Telecom solutions projects, plus supervisory experience 1-2 years.
• Solid experience in project management, solutions planning and delivery, MDM products.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Mature, good team player and able to work independently.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
