Responsibilities:

• Develop, analyze & interpret statistical data for target setting
• Create and manage database for program development
• Assist sales team to complete market execution
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the Promotion offer through data analysis and regular market visit
• Evaluate the result of programs through various data analysis
• Perform in-depth sales and P&L analysis
• Provide active outlet summary and equipment usage  
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports
• Work closely with sales and channel marketing teams
• Provide any ad hoc support to management requests

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in business, marketing or any related disciplines
• At least 2 years of relevant experiences preferably in FMCG company
• Proactive, well-organized, and good time management
• Strong in planning, coordination & execution
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills and data presentation
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Sales Operations Planning Executive
• Immediately available is preferred
