Responsibilities:

• Perform and monitor daily settlement operation, including securities and other CCASS operations 
• Perform corporate actions, daily stock and cash reconciliation
• Monitor day to day settlement procedures
• Communicate with internal and external parties to solve settlement problems        
• Ensure all processing transactions are complied with all relevant regulators and in-house policies
• Process and ensure trade data in front and back office system are consistent and reconciled
• Other ad hoc duties assigned by Department Head

Requirements:

• Degree holder or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in financial industry
• Familiar with CCASS and Overseas products operations
• Strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently
• Strong PC skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Settlement Officer
