Responsibilities:

• Assist Sales Operation support team in order taking and provide administration support for the team
• Prepare full set of export/ shipping documents
• Handle export declaration
• Occasional outside work is required
• Assist ad-hoc duties / projects when required
   

Requirements:

• University students in any discipline or tertiary educated with at least 1 year of sales support/ shipping experience is preferred
• Experience in office work and sales support roles
• Proficiency in MS Office & Chinese processing
• Attention to details and well-organized
