Your role

• Develop and lead performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and subscription growth across various channels, including paid search, display advertising, social media, etc.
• Monitor and optimize regularly based on campaign performance to drive continuous business growth
• Manage a small team of digital executives to execute day-to-day performance media tasks
• Utilize analytics platforms and tools to track, measure, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for the wider business group to learn and improve
• Plan out annual budget and maximize the efficiency of marketing dollars spent
• Collaborate closely with the broader marketing team to develop compelling ad creatives and align consumer communications across all channels

To succeed in this role

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management / Communications / Marketing / Digital Marketing or related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing with track record of success in performance marketing and digital media
• Strong experience in digital marketing and analytics tools including but not limited to Google Marketing Platforms and Meta Suites
• Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English
