Job Description
IT Officer/IT Technician in the Centre for PanorOmic Sciences (Ref.: 526912 ) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

Centre for PanorOmic Sciences (CPOS) is an academic research-support centre embracing multi-omics and big data biomedical research under the LKS Faculty of Medicine. The Role
- Assisting with various IT tasks to support daily operations
- Providing frontline support to internal users
- Monitoring and troubleshooting computer equipment
- Assisting with product evaluation, project preparation and execution

Qualifications and Qualities
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Technology or related disciplines
- At least 1 year's of work experience in IT-related field
- Hands-on experience in service desk system and support
- Knowledge in PC support and MS Office support
- Knowledge in databases support and infrastructure monitoring
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive and enjoy teamwork
- Willing to meet new challenges
- Fresh graduate without work experience may also be considered
