Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer feedback & complaints in written/verbal format
- Responsible for case investigation
- Establish good customer relationship by providing professional customer care services
- Handle ad hoc assignments and other duties as required
Requirements:
- Matriculated or above with at least 2 years' customer service experience in telecommunication industry
- Customer oriented
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
- Pleasant, mature, independent and able to work under pressure
- Good PC skills (MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing)
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
- Good spoken Putonghua is an advantage
- Candidate with more relevant experience will be considered as Supervisor
