Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for management of resources, clients and vendors for the execution of Autonomous Electric Vehicles projects to ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, cost effective and up to quality standard
• To monitor and oversee progress of projects from design to final delivery including planning, control of schedule, project execution, project reporting, risk management and project accounting
• Responsible for leading a project team of technical staff, vendors and suppliers for the projects to complete the projects within the pre-defined timeline and budgets
• Manage and motivate staff to achieve the highest performance
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress, manage the schedule and costs, minimize project risks, create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Check and approve all test results given in the test file and reports, prepare test results review report
• Plan and control job assignments to subordinates so that high quality of work is maintained within a reasonable turnaround time; Provide technical and informative support to subordinates
• Provide technical and informative support to subordinates.  To supervise subordinates in project operation, cost and quotation analysis, quality control and logistic to fulfill the tight time line set

 Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Computer Science, Electrical or Mechanical engineering or equivalent discipline
• 7 years or above in project experience with at least 3 years at managerial level
• Strong project management and presentation skills
• Familiar with project management standard and documentation with PMP qualification is an asset
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Chinese (both Mandarin and Cantonese)
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills 
• Outgoing, willing to learn and able to meet tight schedule as well as to work under high pressure
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager
