Responsibilities:

• Liaise with site team to development execution and Implementation plan for Digital Works Supervision System and Smart Site Safety System;
• Monitor the site team follow the standard workflows to manage the site information
• Audit the using frequent and quality of digital products/ system on site.
• Meet and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope, system goals, and requirements.
• Lead developers and vendors to execute the work item for site use.
• Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot core business applications, including application servers, associated hardware, endpoints, and databases.
• Develop, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow.
• Translate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements.
• Take lead, define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures, and develop test cases to serve the overall quality assurance process.
• Monitor systems health, gather system statistics, and troubleshoot reported errors and alarms.
• Work with technical lead, infrastructure and other teams to ensure the comprehensive system design, work arrangement, and appropriate staffs are informed, well prepared for cut overs and other activities.
• Evaluating new technologies in services applications.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in project coordination/management
• Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions.
• Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal, analytical skills, organization & communication skills.
• Able to understand both modern and legacy stacks and to propose the new way forward.
• Work independently, and good problem-solving skills.
• Experienced candidates will be considered as Senior Project Coordinator.
