Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections, handle site queries of building services / E&M works
• Monitoring and checking building services installations and ensuring that specifications, work procedures, work schedules and quality are up to standard
• Liaise and coordinate with suppliers, sub-contractors, consultants, client, government and utilities parties
• Attend coordination meetings and to report the E&M works progress
• Coordinate and prepare CSD / CBWD
   

Requirements

• Qualified Building Services Engineer
• Corporate member of the HKIE in relevant discipline
• Degree or above in Building Services Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or any other related disciplines
• 10 years working experience in the field of building services
• At least 5 years of relevant working experiences in building services co-ordination in building projects over the past 10 years
• Proficiency in using MS Office, AutoCAD
• Good team player and problem solver, responsible, willing to learn and can work independently with initiative
• Well-organized, be able to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent in communication and presentation
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
