Job Description
This role is based in the vibrant city of Hong Kong and offers the chance to assist various departments, ensuring operational efficiency. The successful candidate will be part of an organisation that values its employees and offers a supportive and inclusive work environment.
What you'll do:
- Oversee the reception function on a daily basis
- Answer all main line incoming calls and manage firm voicemail
- Coordinate meetings and conference room scheduling
- Assist in ordering and management of company catering and events
- Provide support for investors and partners meetings
- Manage various team calendars, including coordinating extensive travel arrangements
- Handle registration and preparation for conferences
- Track staff's Paid Time Off and travel schedules
- Handle preparation of expense reports for various staff members
What you bring:
- Minimum of one year office experience with demonstrated exposure to a corporate reception desk
- Bachelor's degree holder
- Mandarin and/or Japanese language skills are preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint required
