The PSCL role will be supporting Project PPM coordinating all the activities related to Projects execution and delivery to site.

Structure and plan the equipment procurement in a manner that streamlines and secures the entire supply chain for assigned Projects

Key Responsibility: 

• Lead Material Requisition Plan (MRP) / Demand Planning in the ERP and undertake ownership of project material delivery from material planning all the way to delivery at site.
• Coordinate project material demand processes (and forecast management). Responsible for MRP analysis including the management of the priorities and resolution of planning exceptions.
• Checks with the involvement of Tactical buyer, and Logistics the feasibility of the plans against supplier capacity and production capacity and takes required actions. Releases PR to supply chain to fulfil the needs.
• To coordinate the performance of the Tactical buyers and the logistics & warehousing team to ensure that the demand planning is implemented throughout our suppliers. To trigger and follow-up expediting process as required.
• Coordinate with the PPM, Tactical Buyers and PMO, Engineering for design readiness and design (PCN) implementation during Po execution.
• Primary contact to the Projects for all activities regarding supply chain execution and performance.
• Responsible for project material from demand loading, planning to delivery to site.
• Review project material requirement date and updated supply date, to determine gap and take mitigation actions with the tactical buyers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Electronic, Electrical Engineering or Supply Chain Management
• 4-8 years’ experience in project driven company preferably in transportation / security domains
• Strong and up-to-date practical knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes, tools, organization and cost drivers covering electronic technologies
• Knowledge of E&M systems (e.g. AFC, COMS or SCADA) hardware manufacturing (Railways transportation related experience would be a plus)
• Knowledge of SAPbyDesign will be beneficial
• Familiar with project management process, WBS and matrix organization.
