Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for full spectrum of Product Portfolio Management, from global production sites, stakeholders’ management and key account management. 
• To analyzing market data, market intelligence and management plant utilization, cost management, operation management, pricing management, demand & supply management for market needs in Asia. 
• To identify new application ideas, develop data package and commercial plan for new applications in close cooperation with business development
• To maintain up-to-date the product information such as market intelligence and track for changes in market dynamics 
• Provide guidance and coaching in sustainability to regional and countries teams

Requirements:

• Degree graduate in Chemistry, Business or related discipline 
• Over 8 years' product portfolio management experience from multinational company; Experience from China is essential. Others Asia Pacific experience will be a plus.  
• Product knowledge is important, with good understanding in Chemical Industry, such as Polymer, Resin, Plastic, or Upstream Chemical knowledge / connections. 
• Fluent in English in a must; Mandarin as a preferred option
• Candidate with less experience will be consider as Manager
