Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Invoicing
  • Check payment invoices & issue cheques, daily bank report, check bank statement & prepare bank reconciliation, issue debit note & posting slip
  • Check tenancy agreement & tenant’s billing information
  • Maintain the records of rent, rates air-cond. & mgt fee records of individual tenant
  • Answer accounting queries from other departments and tenants
  • Prepare month end transaction including depreciation, prepayment, accrual and adjustment
  • Ad hoc assignment assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma in Accounting/ LCCI Intermediate or above
  • 3-4 years’ experience in accounting field preferred, fresh graduate is welcomed
  • Attentive to details
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, knowing Mandarin is an advantage
  • Hands-on PC operations including MS office, Chinese Word Processing
  • Less experience will be considered as Accounts Clerk
