Job Duties:

• Understand customer needs and ensure execution of contractual agreements
• Optimize flight load planning
• Process bookings and plan capacity utilization
• Utilize available tools/systems to maximize sales opportunities
• Assist in maximizing flights and routing requirements
•  Execute operational requirements
• Check load ability on airside
• Arrange trucking with ROADOPS
• Collaborate with ACS duty managers and commercial management
• Process booking requests from customers & agents
• Manage day-to-day capacity management related issues
• Share best practices and support team members to achieve goals
  
  Job Requirements:
• Previous experience in air freight export coordination or cargo handling
• Familiarity with capacity management and flight planning
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a team and support team goals
• Motivated and goal-oriented mindset
• Knowledge of airside operations and trucking arrangements
