This is a fixed-term contract position with possibility for renewal subject to organization need and individual performance.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating with different stakeholders (including but not limited to contractors, consultants, government departments) in implementation of environmental mitigation measures and commitments as required under the 3RS project's Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and Environmental Permit (EP);
• Monitoring progress of ongoing EM&A, including the performance of Environmental Team and the Independent Environmental Checker employed by Airport Authority Hong Kong.
• Collecting and managing environmental data to fulfill the project's environmental and reporting requirements:
• Assisting in arranging forums, workshops and other activities including project related site visits and public consultations;
• Assisting in preparation of presentation materials and attending meetings and preparing meeting minutes;

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Environmental or related discipline, with at least 3 years' relevant experience
• In pursuit of a membership of HKIE, HKIQEP, HKIEIA, CIWEM or other equivalent professional bodies
• Experience in construction environmental management on large scale multi-disciplinary construction projects is an advantage
• Specialist knowledge in any specific environmental work area is an advantage (e.g. marine ecology, air quality, water quality, noise, EM&A and environmental licensing, etc.)
• Innovative, energetic and self-disciplined
• Good organization, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Holder a valid Hong Kong driving license(Class 1, 2) is preferred
