A long history conglomerate is inviting a professional CRM Manager to lead the membership program for one of their businesses.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for establishing the strategy of CRM program.
• Supervise a small team to execute membership activities and promotion campaign.
• Initiate partnership program to create new business opportunities to enlarge the customers base and business scope.
• Develop different campaign by conduct varies analysis to understand patronage preference and market trend, etc.
• Work closely with internal department to implement CRM program and evaluate the outcome.  

Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Marketing or related disciplines.
• More than 8 years of CRM management experience, in which 3 years at manager level.
• Proven record of development membership program from sketch, including system implementation. 
• Background from FMCG, Retail and on-line platform are also welcome.
• Energetic and flexible, with excellent presentation and communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office
