We're on the lookout for a Product Officer - IT Strategist with a proven track record in defining and prioritizing product requirements, collaborating with strategic partners to plan the product features backlog, prioritize, evaluate, and deliver the end-to-end product roll out, assess value and prioritize stories.

👨‍💻 Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with strategic partners and third parties to understand future trends, innovation, and opportunities.
• Working closely with IT and business stakeholders to plan the product features backlog, prioritize, evaluate, and deliver the end-to-end product roll out.
• Assess value and prioritise stories to focus on those with maximum value aligned with product strategy.
• Review and define and prioritise product requirements, planning, and design of new features.
• Lead planning of product releases and set expectations for the delivery of new features.
• Provide insight on the effectiveness of features and sharing results within the organisation.
• Insights into product, technology, market trends, and identifying opportunities for acceleration.
• Enabling change in an organisational context, by defining needs and recommending solutions that deliver value to stakeholders.

🎯 Experience & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in product planning or enterprise IT project
• Agile mindset with qualities of being open and connected.
• Excellent attention to detail with organisational and time management skills.
• Experience in managing end-to-end product life cycle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think ahead and anticipate issues and solutions.
• Fluency in English and Chinese.
