Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development of product materials and rollout of new product and promotion campaigns
• Support product managers to manage product development / revamp projects such as providing user requirements, conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) for proposal systems and collaborating with workgroup members to ensure the required deliverables are completed for product launch
• Conduct market studies / product comparison / collect market intelligence to help the team / management to understand the market conditions and the competitiveness of our products
• Perform business analysis about the product performance and details of customers

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in Life Insurance Product Development 
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese
• Comprehensive knowledge of communication and marketing concepts and tools
• Advanced level in Excel and PowerPoint presentation preferred
