Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounting of different operating units
• Liaise and troubleshoot with designated units on all month-end closing matters
• Supervise the finance service teams for daily financial duties
• Work closely with operation teams to prepare management reports, forecast & budget for management's analysis in sales performance
• Assist in managing procurement & payment approval to ensure compliance with group policies & procedures
• Handle statutory audit & prepare audited financial statements
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies & guidelines & statutory requirements
• Enhance internal controls relating to finance & accounting functions & business operations
• Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Accounting / Finance discipline
• Qualified membership in HKICPA / equivalent internationally recognized accounting qualification
• 3-4 years of work experience in auditing &/accounting from sizable company
• Financial reporting experience in matrix organization / retail accounting experience would also be an advantage
• Independent, well-organized, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
• Willing to work overtime (weekend/ public holiday overtime work for monthly closing with compensation leave)
• Proactive, detail-oriented with good analytical mind & good problem solving capabilities
• Willing to take challenges and able to multitask in a demanding and fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with all levels 
• Proficient in PC applications (eg. MS Excel) and experience in SAP and ERP systems is an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Accountant
