Duties

• Manage and report to the Senior Sports Executive in organising programmes, including supervision and management of clerical staff;
• Prepare and submit annual budgets and providing regular reports on income and expenditure to the Executive Council;
• Attend meetings of the Executive Council and provide administrative support;
• Ensure tidy and orderly up keeping of all the Union’s records and publications;
• Promote development of mountaineering and sport climbing related activities and arrange media publicity;
• Assist in fund management;
• Venue booking arrangement;
• Maintain proper administration of the office;
• Organize and execute the programmes of the Union;
• Outdoor work, overtime and work on holidays are sometimes required.

Qualification and Requirement

• An accredited Associate Degree from a Hong Kong tertiary institution/a Higher Diploma from a polytechnic university or polytechnic in Hong Kong or Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education or equivalent;
•  A minimum of 2 years’ experience in related field is preferable;
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing are preferable;
• Knowledge in Autocad / Photoshop / Illustrator / web design is an advantage.

Salary & Benefits 

• Monthly salary: HK$27,677.00
• Medical insurance
• 5 Days work week (Monday to Friday: 10 am to 6:30 pm, including lunch hour )
• 12-day annual leave after serving every period of 12 months
