Responsibilities:
- Provide IT help-desk support for internal parties, inclusive of software installation and update, hardware replacement etc.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Perform network/security enhancement, performance and health status monitoring, troubleshooting network/security related issues and problem
- Provide training on software applications used by end users
- Prepare and regularly review on local IT policies and procedures
- IT projects support ; pre-installation of hardware and software
- Maintain accurate hardware and software inventory list
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above in IT or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in systems support and technology deployment
- Familiar with Microsoft 365, Teams environment
- Understand Firewall and related IT security technologic
- Able to work independently ; able to communicate with business leaders
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as IT Assistant
