Responsibilities:

• Handling full set of accounts 
• Work on daily sales report 
• Work on month-end closing
• Monthly bank reconciliation
• Prepare account analysis with prompt follow up / actions , including follow up accounts receivable
• Monitor and follow up daily routines e.g. payments, bank receipts, cash vouchers reconciliation 
• Assist in preparing management / financial reporting and business analysis
• Prepare month-end schedules and reconciliation
• Perform monthly stock-take and cash count check in outlets
• Perform ad-hoc assignments when required

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• Holder of recognized accounting qualification would be an advantage
• 4 years or above working experience in accounting/audit field
• Experience in the F&B or catering industry would be an advantage
• Able to work independently, a reliable team member
• High level of integrity and willing to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Attentive to details, high level of patience
• Excellent computer literacy in Microsoft Excel
