Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage inquiries related to Airlines, Hotels and Ground Transportations from travel agents and customers
- Professionally and courteously respond to telephone and email inquiries
- Cultivate, establish, and sustain positive relationships with both potential and existing customers
- Work collaboratively with sales teams to provide effective customer service
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Hong Kong permanent resident status
- Possession of HKCEE/HKDSE qualification or higher
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in travel agencies or tourism-related work is preferred
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in Word, Excel; Powerpoint and other common office software
- Service-oriented, self-motivated, independent, strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Less experienced candidates will also be taken into consideration
