Responsibilities: 

• Plan and execute retention programme in online & offline channels
• Assist in developing and optimizing operational processes to enhance efficiency.
• Manage and maintain operational data, perform data analysis, and provide improvement suggestions.
• Perform operation flow design and implementation of promotion offers 
• Translate the users request into responsive criteria for target customer recognition and campaign execution
• Build the schedule and action plans of campaign execution
• Co-operate with internal parties to ensure the efficiencies and accuracies of task execution in operation systems
• Responsible on day-to-day operations, including data mining and analysis, sales operational support and monitoring, etc
• Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned

Requirements:
 

• Degree holder, major in Business Operations, Business Studies, or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience, preferably gained in telecommunication / technology industry
• Independent, self-motivated, proactive and strong problem-solving skills.
• Detail-minded, Well-organized and high level of accuracy
• Good knowledge of data analytical skill with PC software operations (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access & Chinese WP)
• With knowledge of programming and/or database analysis tools (e.g. Cognos, Oracle) is highly preferable
• Candidates with less experience may be considered as Operation Executive
• Immediate available or short notice will be an advantage.
