Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Handle clients’ inquiries on training courses and enrollment 
  • Prepare quotation documents for customers and provide support on sales related issues
  • Coordinate training course arrangement, including course material preparation, trainers and participants coordination, billing, course evaluation and receipt issuance etc.
  • Administer the eLearning platform
  • Internal & external audit preparation (IRCA, BIM etc.)
  • Support the implementation of marketing activities, including course promotional materials and membership scheme etc.
  • Provide support on scheduling eDMs and other marketing communication
  • Responsible for payment settlement between suppliers and clients
  • Training venue sourcing and management
  • Reporting on training courses and the relevant payment status
  • Maintain training database and consolidate training reports for management review
  • Other ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

  • Associate Degree holder or above
  • Good organization skills and customer service mindset
  • Passion in marketing and staying up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the training industry
  • Able to work independently, self-motivated and detail-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Computer knowledge in Chinese word processor and Windows application – MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint is a must
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • 2-3 years in sales administration & customer service experience is preferred. 
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Training Assistant. Fresh graduate is also welcome
