Job Summary:
We're on the hunt for an organized, detail-oriented, and dynamic Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant (EA/PA) to support our three directors. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks. Given our rapid growth and fast-paced environment, we need someone who is flexible, highly organized, and capable of managing professional and personal scheduling for the directors. This role is crucial for optimizing the directors' time, allowing them to focus on strategic activities and company growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Act as the point of contact among directors, employees, clients, and other external partners.
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage executives’ calendars, including meetings, travel arrangements, and company events.
  • Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners.
  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.
  • Assist with office management responsibilities and coordination between departments.
  • Organize and maintain the office filing system.
  • Provide general administrative support.
  • Be able to work independently on projects, from conception to completion.
  • Perform well and thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure environment.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
  • Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g., e-calendars, Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize.
  • Discretion with personal and confidential information.
  • High degree of multi-tasking and problem-solving ability.
  • Undergraduate degree or relevant qualification.

 

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, standard business hours.
