Responsibilities:

• Implement CRM initiatives to achieve strategic goals, develop and implement CRM campaigns, engagement programs, repurchase and upsell journeys across multiple channels
• Assist to develop CRM policies and execution guidelines, including external member terms and internal system manual
• Develop marketing communication collaterals such as EDM, SMS and WhatsApp contents, and optimize the audience selection strategy
• Manage membership database and implement promotion campaign for members
• Extract, analyze, and report on customer-related activities such as consumption behaviors, member segmentation, acquisition, activation, retention, referral, etc. to retrieve data for business plans
• Collaborate closely with other marketing functions (e.g. Digital, Event, etc.) to deliver comprehensive marketing campaigns and ensure a satisfactory customer journey
• Work closely with local sales operation teams and frontline to ensure both online and offline marketing campaigns implemented effectively
• Work with IT & other partners for system development and enhancement across all CRM related system and UAT management
• Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned
   

Requirements:
 

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, E-commence or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years' experience in CRM or market research, solid experience in FMCG or retail industry will be an advantage
• Strong sense in CRM, customer service and marketing
• Experience with Salesforce, Klaviyo and other CRM systems
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI is a big advantage
• Strong project management, analytical skill and sensitive to number
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer
