Our client "TUV SUD Hong Kong Limited ” is seeking a Project Manager - Lift, Escalator and Building Facility join their company!  

What you’ll be doing? 

• Coordination and implementation of projects. (20%)
• Attend project meetings, identify potential engineering problems with recommended solution. (25%)
• Prepare and monitoring project programme, reports, and sketches on technical matters. (20%) 
• Liaise with Architect/ Client /Consultants/ OEM, sub-contractors and other stakeholders for technical matters. (15%)
• Manage and controls project progress and report status to Manager. (10%)
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Senior (10%)
   

Who are they looking for? 

• Degree holder in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering or other related disciplines;
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
• Min 3 years working experience in lift, escalator or building facility area;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill;
• Knowledge of Engineering/ Inspection industry is preferred.
• Excellent project management and supervision skills.
• Able to work with multiple discipline projects and under pressure.
• Able to work during night shift, attend meetings whenever is necessary.
• Self-starter with enthusiasm, flexibility, and motivation.
• A good team player.
